Unlike in the past when tests were conducted by generalized testing protocols and training sessions were made on a generic basis now we can offer solutions for training and nutrition on a far more accurate and specific in nature, In age of ‘super-specialisation’ for all products the breath by breath analyzer from Germany will surely provide greater benefits to athletes training for success with lesser number of injuries. The accuracy and simplicity of the test makes it a a very good option.

The exercise physiology studies specifically for sports training is based on breath by breath analyser from Dynostics, Germany. This equipment can be used for analyzing nutrition substrate utilization, monitor fitness levels as well as design exercise programs to improve fitness.

This equipment is being used by lots of sports clubs and teams in Europe as training is very specific and individualized.

Methodology of Testing:

A. For the nutrition analysis the patient should not have consumed food in past 2 hours and not trained in past 12 hours, the athlete is made to sit calmly and mask is placed over his mouth and nostril, athlete breathes comfortably over 5 minutes after which the report is generated.

B. For the fitness evaluation and training heart rates, the athlete is made to exercise on a treadmill / upright cycle and the intensity is gradually increased till exhaustion, this test takes an average of 15 minutes. The training program given is extremely simple to be implemented by any coach .The nutrition program will help any dietitician to create a diet plan based on the actual fuel utilization by the sportsperson. Results will show:

D. Actual BMR

E. Training heart rates for recovery, fitness, stress relief and Performance enhancement with a training program.
